KARACHI – The MuttahidaQaumi Movement (MQM) will stage a sit-in outside the Karachi Press Club in a protest for the release of ‘missing’ party workers, a local TV channel reported.
The statement issued by the party said that the MQM will protest against the ‘murder’ and ‘unlawful’ arrests of its workers.The demonstration will start at 11am during which the MQM Coordination Committee’s senior leaders, the conveners, the deputy conveners, members of the committee, elected local representative and families of the party workers will be participating in the protest.
