State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Monday lashed out at party deserters, saying that people of Pakistan would reject them in the next polls.
“Neither they have any relation with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) nor does the ruling party need them,” the minister told journalists in Islamabad in her reaction to the press conference of party’s dissidents from the southern Punjab.
She said that they had changed their loyalty after looking at the finger of the umpire.
She said that Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif had done a lot for the development of the southern Punjab, adding that the performance of Shehbaz Sharif could be seen in Punjab, while the performance of Nawaz Sharif could be seen across Pakistan.
