The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), on Saturday, arrested an alleged terrorist and recovered a locally manufactured bomb from him.
The CTD spokesman said that on a tip-off, an operation was conducted at the Ring Road Peshawar. During the operation, an alleged terrorist of a banned outfit was arrested with a locally manufactured bomb weighing four kilograms.
The bomb disposal squad (BDS) defused the recovered bomb and the nabbed terrorist was shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
